I’ve done that. It’s so easy to keep eating a bag of chips without stopping and before you know it the whole thing is gone.
I put some chips in a little bowl and put a clip on the bag and put bag away
I do this but go back to the bag anyway. 😂
Of course, it’s human nature. 🙂
I just don’t buy chips anymore ever.
The past week has been bad for comfort eating tho. 😿
I’m not sure I have that kind of restraint 😢😢
