Spent a few hours last night on the couch in cosy pyjamas, under a soft blanket, ignoring the world and watching a new (to me) K Drama. Followed by one of the most solid sleeps I’ve had in a long, long time. Not feeling any better about being at work today, but at least it was a nice evening.
