Pakige was not at my local post office. I didn’t even look before I drove there, but it was actually at a business centre so I had an impromptu drive to Bayswater to collect it. While I was out I took the opportunity to top up the petrol tank at a station which is still at 177c instead of 219c which most of them have jumped to.
Pakige was worth the drive - I now have a new-to-me sewing machine. It appears to be barely used and in full working order, including the all important automatic needle threading which I really struggle to do myself now that my eyesight is getting dodgy.
