It can be a hassle. I often do porch pickup so I don’t have to actually meet people directly - surprisingly no one has taken the item and not left money yet. The stuff I have at the moment is all postable stuff on eBay. I think the fees they charge are well worth the reduced hassle, but unfortunately eBay doesn’t get the sales volume it used to. I used to be able to put up just about anything with a 99c start, it would be bid up to a good price and sold within a week.
