The cool Winter air carries hints of Spring,
Soft scents of flowers, light wind brings.
The shadow of earth rolling over from East,
Carried up by the dusky pink Belt of Venus.
The Sun sets sights on lands far away,
Gone just long enough to start a new day.
Maybe I’ll see those places too, I wonder,
Drifting back down into a restless slumber.
