Roast at my sister’s place for mother’s day dindins
I stopped by Coles on the way home and saw they have limited edition Pine Lime Big M and I had to get one because mmmmmmm

The Pine Lime was as incredible as I expected. Hopefully they stick around for a while.
Roast was lamb. My brother in law is a bit of a wizard when it comes to cooking, especially meats. Those are some maple syrup brussell sprouts too on the plate. Even my niece liked them!

Started a slow cooked Japanese beef curry and realised daddy done stuffed up the timing.
So ask me again tomorrow night what we’re having for dinner and it’ll be a nice tender 4hr slow cooked Japanese curry because tonight… Frozen pizza!
Never had a slow cooked Japanese curry before, I’ve always just used the roux blocks
Used chuck steak, the longer you cook it the better.
Still full from lunch. Probably toast if anything. With butter and peanut butter. And maybe cheese.
