Problem is this activity also affects legitimate tobacco businesses that just happened to he competitors, to say nothing of the neighbouring businesses who have nothing to do with it getting their shops burnt out.
Yes that part of it is pretty awful for innocent businesses affected.
I do wonder how it will stop. I’m guessing either the police have to sufficiently dismantle one or both of the gangs, (unlikely) or the gangs themselves have to negotiate a peace (more unlikely), or collesworth starts selling vapes and puts them both out of business (even more unlikely). I am open to more hypotheses.
