And I think it undercut the psychopath aspect of the people who abused him because the implication is that Gadd could become the stalker, which we know could actually never happen because he isn’t a psycho.
Maybe the bar tender could become the next victim, eh.

The last few scenes. What did Gadd realise?
Did he identify with his stalker’s pain or did he see that she and his other sexual abuser are a total psychopaths who knowingly plan out their abuse?
Obviously both.
The rage the abusers have when people try to protect themselves is just incredible.
And abusers never learn, they are incapable.
