What’s for dinner tonight?
Needed some really quiet downtime so popped into the local (unfortunately pokies) pub for a cheeky keno. So currently it’s a glass of chardi and a packet of chicken chips.
Had pasta + lentil and walnut ‘bolognaise’ for lunch with salad so I figure that’s my good eating for the day
Had an early start getting one of the kids to school for a camp, so of course my brain woke me up even earlier, wooooo 4am.
So, wait, what was the question? Dinner?
Either something really easy or something really really easy. Something involving a can of beans, a microwave and a toaster. Followed by a beer and likely failing asleep on the lounge.
Edit: Winning! Found a can of Killer Baked Beans Smokey Campfire Bbq! You have to try them, bought them purely because they were on sale and now they’re a regular purchase.
I will definitely try them. I bought these the other day
I intend on doing a side by side taste test. Will report back.
Beans on English muffs for me tonight. The beans have wee sausages in it.
I was gonna do English muffs too but the man came home with hot dogs and said he’s cooking tonight and I’m like “fucking beauty”.
The sauce they use in the beans/spaghetti with sausages is better than the plain beans/spaghetti, but those little sausages are disgusting, like wet compressed cardboard!

I made a slaw dog
Roll, butter, burger cheese, dog, mustard, hot sauce, tomato sauce and coleslaw. It was so good I had another one. Just joking. I shared it.
This one had pizza cheese instead of burger cheese. Plus chips

Yes, yes it was. The man and I agree how are we ever gonna have a normal dog again. The kid however was disgusted but still had a bite of mine.
