Time to brave the wind and walk Mr Woof. I just need to figure out what to wear for 16 degrees but feels like 12. Maybe a light jumper.
Edit: Made it back home without blowing away. The light jumper was a pretty good choice, a touch too warm when out of the wind, but that didn’t happen much. We also got a bonus chat with a neighbour reminising about all the changes in the neighbourhood.
The wind was enough that the cat, when offered supervised outdoor time on four separate occasions (as cats often require), came right back in each time within 30 seconds.
