Salad. A build ya own salad coz it’s hot outside.
So we had rocket, assortment of tomatoes, qukes, chilli sardines, boiled eggs, bread rolls, dukkah and watermelon.
Marinaded chicken cooked in the air fryer and a tray bake of vegies. Vegies done with a few dried herbs, a bit of balsamic glaze and a couple of tsp of brown sugar.
Penne Bolognese for me 🤌
I think I’m having pasta with sardines mixed into it.
Need to think of some really cheap budget meals thanks to my car battery dying.
