F & Cs. From freezer to frying pan.
I’ve banned myself from chippies. We had some grilled fish and salad on the beach yesterday. I miss chippies so much and it’s only been a few weeks or so.
Fijita stir-fry turned out to be pretty yummy. I added extra fajita spices to give enough flavour and served on brown rice.
Would you mind sharing the recipe please, it look so good. Edit: oh I see it below.
Forgot to take a pic but it was risotto with a random assortment of onion, garlic, tomato (fresh+sundried) and silverbeet…cooked in vege stock and topped off with a dollop of sour cream and a bit of cheese.
Was very easy and yum
Pumpkin soup and some bread I think. I’m still pretty unsettled from last night.

An unholy alliance between some fajita marinated chicken that was a bit too sweet with a pre-cut stir fry vegetable pack. I have no idea if it will actually be edible.
