Let’s be honest, it’s a horror franchise on its 7th sequel, they don’t exactly need to put in effort anymore. They could replace her with anyone and it wouldn’t effect ticket sales.
that’s true, though in this case the reason for her firing may very well affect sales. the audience of these films is largely made up of young people and horror fans, who are generally not pro-genocide. these movie producers have no idea how out-of-touch they are
