    Got a bolognaise sauce on and did a load of washing. Going to put on some chicken drumsticks (Elder Minipeeler’s favourite) and slow cook them for lunch. Mr Peeler has gone to a mate’s place for a catch-up.

    I know other people like it but I find having a public holiday during the week is a pain in the arse from a food manufacturing point of view. I’ll be on the pizza bases tomorrow when it should’ve been done today. The pasta I should be doing tomorrow will have to be done Thursday… the whole rest of the week will be rushing to get things done.
