    Pan fried gnocchi tossed with roasted pumpkin & sage in a brown butter & lemon sauce. Topped with pine nuts, crispy sage & parmesan.

    The lemon sauce was an interesting choice. At first I thought I hated it but it grew on me a bit.

    simple beef, veg and noodle stir fry tonight, ill use of of the many jars of sauce in the cupboard

    Left over speghetti for me though I picked up some kranskies today which was reduced so I might do something with those tonight or tomorrow.
