Pan fried gnocchi tossed with roasted pumpkin & sage in a brown butter & lemon sauce. Topped with pine nuts, crispy sage & parmesan.
The lemon sauce was an interesting choice. At first I thought I hated it but it grew on me a bit.

It’s Thursday, can’t be arsed cooking, raiding the freezer!
Left over speghetti for me though I picked up some kranskies today which was reduced so I might do something with those tonight or tomorrow.
Vegie burgers!
