Sydney commuter chaos and train delays caused by one sick staff member Lol
If I was that person I’d be asking for a massive raise. Clearly the joint can’t function without them.
It is pay review time, so I guess they’re putting in the groundwork
Either that or they didn’t get a raise and are proving a point
How….on earth…does this happen? How is that single staff member expected to be able to cover such a vital role & not have to need a food/ bathroom/ water break at some point in their shift….ugh.
I absolutely hate this management style if saving costs by staffing at bare minimum & then cracking it if someone takes leave. It’s their job to prepare adequately.
