I really hate past me right now. Stupid cow decided to volunteer to do overtime tomorrow, so now I’m sitting here contemplating the fact I have to get up stupidly early tomorrow morning.☹️
Future me that gets the pay cheque will be much happier about the situation than present me.
I really need to update my terminology, no one gets cheques any more. Just “the pay” seems incomplete. Pay deposit sounds wrong. Hmm, the trials and tribulations of living in an ever changeing world.
