Communicating various issues with my role and management decisions that another person would have probably just resigned over. It felt SO GOOD. Adrenaline was flowing. Let’s see if things improve from this, if not I’m done. I am trying to salvage the situation.

Well done, when I did this I was suddenly given my final notice and told of all the problems management had ever had with my behaviour.
