Day 5 of workout. I did it, and it felt a little hard but I got through. There were more tummy/core exercises in this one so that’s probably why. I hate exercising in my house because there’s no room to really spread out for things like reverse snow angels.
I feel you on the home work out space issue. They’re the only option for me at the moment but I have to be careful not to bang my arms and legs into various items of furniture haha.

Huh. I’m gonna give this more of a read once I’ve finished work, but it sounds promising and kinda makes sense.
