Chicken tenders in mini wraps, coleslaw, qukes.
Lentil mini patties (a little company called Simply Lentils sells a premix at the market. Super quick and easy) with some rye-style GF bread and some snow peas and some french onion dip.
I’m trying out mini quiches in the pie maker
puff pastry base, bacon, spring onions, eggs, a little cream, thyme , a quarter slice of tasty cheese on the base and half a tomato slice on top
YUM!!!
You can make okonomiyaki in the pie maker too. Really good for using up leftover vegies and herbs.
