“When your time comes, I want you to remember my face so you can understand you will die the most disgusting death,” she says, before adding that she won’t treat Israelis.

“I won’t treat them, I will kill them,” she says.

The man then tells Mr Veifer he sends Israelis to Jahannam as he makes a threatening gesture.

“You have no idea how many Israeli dog[s] came to this hospital and I send them to Jahannam,” he says.

If you’re going to refuse treatment for anyone based on who they are, you probably shouldn’t be in medicine in the first place. If you’re going to brag about actively harming or killing people who are dependent on your help, don’t be shocked if you end up locked up for it.

There’s zero chance they actually did this. They’re idiots who were trying to upset the zionist fuckwit influencer (but I repeat myself…) they were talking to. They deserve to be stood down for violating rules about bringing their employer into disrepute, but I don’t for one second believe they actually did anything wrong in terms of healthcare outcomes.

I think you’re probably right to be honest, it’s a whole different ballgame to actually harm people than it is to just talk shit on the internet. But damn, what a lack of forethought that was on their part.

Speculation is pointless, their records will be examined. It wouldn’t be the first time, but even a negative attitude and/or neglect could lead to deaths or suffering which were avoidable. Look at Aboriginal deaths in the healthcare system for an example of this.

Even if these people were utter saints professionally they have harmed everybody by undermining the trust nursing staff need extended to them to do their jobs properly, which benefits all of us.

It’s completely contemptable behaviour that nobody should make excuses for or diminish. Targeting people for where they were born is insane.

The amount of intense hate tied up in that conflict is almost hard to grasp.

Honestly no idea how the cycle of hate and retribution can ever stop given the state of the conflict and broader world

Its not looking like Israeli government is going to be held accountable, so it feels inescapable that Hamas will continue to fester because it will still have reason to fight, and the hate the ongoing conflict is breeding will only further radialize all parties involved, drawing more and more people into it

They should both be thrown in jail under the new (ridiculous) hate speech laws, but really they should both be deported. Absolutely despicable, disgusting behaviour by these racist pieces of trash.

Why don’t they just say it, why don’t they just say they don’t want to treat Jews?

They won’t say it because they know that such hate is shameful and looked down upon and illegal in Australia.

Not really, no. There’s a difference between being Israeli and being Jewish. A lot of people are pissed off at Israel and that has nothing to do with them being Jewish.

Your logic is the same logic zionists use to say anyone who is critical of Israel is antisemitic, which isn’t necessarily true

So they would deny treatment to a Muslim Israeli? 18% of Israel is Muslim. They would call an Israeli Muslim a dog?

I am certain this is about hating Jews.

“Hating Jews” is a broad and unhelpful way to frame this.

The article quotes them specifically and repeatedly saying “Israeli”, never “Jew”, so we can assume they’re not discriminating against Jews in general but against Israeli Jews. And that is important to qualify, because in the context of Zionism and the Zionist Regime, there is an important and over-century-long distinction between Zionist Jews and anti-Zionist Jews. It’s harmful and antisemitic to assume all Jews are involved in or supportive of the Zionist Regime and its actions, so that’s why it’s important to clarify that anti-Israel sentiment (anti-Zionism) is different to merely “hating Jews” (antisemitism).

They would call an Israeli Muslim a dog?

In most cases I’d assume not, because most of them are simply Palestinians remaining where they already lived prior to the occupation, rather than colonising supporters of the Zionist Regime who identify as “Israeli”, but if they were one of the minority of Muslims or Arabs who declare themselves pro-Zionist then I reckon they would be called a dog no matter what their ethnicity or religion. On the same note, an actively anti-Zionist Jew living in the Zionist State wouldn’t be called a dog. It’s not about a person’s religion, it’s about their Zionism, which for historical reasons has strong religion and ethnic bias in the Zionist ethnostate.

        • It seems unlikely that a Muslim Israeli is in favour of what the Israeli government is doing in Gaza.

If you want to insist that those in favour of what the Israeli government is doing must necessarily be Jewish, feel free to, but that seems fairly antisemitic in and of itself.

Ofc these people in the video are morons. As a healthcare worker you have a duty to medically assist anyone imo.

Unfortunately that’s legal. I saw a GP who straight up told me he would not prescribe or give any advice on birth control as it went against his religious beliefs.

While I strongly disagree with it being allowed, I can see how different it is to the OP article.
