Mac & Cheese for dinner. Added some leek, bacon and sour cream. The sour cream was great, I will definitely add that again.
I don’t think I had anything for breakfast or lunch, I was too busy with a Christmas bake-a-thon - I did have a few biscuits along the way.
Durado with lemon & garlic, cheesy potatoes & artichokes.
What’s durado?
White fish wide body, thin filets. Scored skin with sauteed with a good quantity of oil, so seared it crispy.
Drooling. I love fish.
Lunch was a chicken loaf sanga while I had an audience
Here’s breakfast I had the other day. It was egg benedict on potato rosti.
