Hot dogs grilled with onions & sauerkraut, wrapped up with cheese & jalapeños in a tortilla and then grilled.
Mustard, mayo & ketchup condiments on the side, plenty of Estrella de Levante beer as well since tomorrow is a day off and Christmas shopping hungover sounds doable.

Ok, seriously I think the original was in a ‘Gamer’ magazine (Game Informer my kid got?) I saw years ago, thn we had a technology convention at the catering place I worked at in Seattle & I suggested this little dish for the gaming nerds and they absolutely killed.
Of course, we had an amazing polish sausage version and a sweet Italian sausage version and some panini presses to toast them all… they’ll change your life.
They are so gonna happen.
Picked up some pork sausages on clearance and had them in bread with tomato sauce.
Finishing up some left over pasta a few hours later.
