Today I’m having my usual meal shake, gees I hope they work to help me lose weight. And a very small serving of spag bog again. It’s good egg pasta spaghetti so not empty carbs and home made sauce with added mushrooms, lean mince and lots of garlic.
I’ve decided to get a pizza, haven’t got one in ages. While I was waiting for a bus a couple of dudes drove past and the passenger was eating a pizza. The pizza box said, “enjoy your pizza” on the side and he really looked like he was.
yum, there’s a reason pizza is the most popular food in the world 🙂
