I have so many questions… Are they claiming medication for a mould-borne illness, or are they claiming a mould-based medication?

Mould based medication. They’re not covered for it anyway, so the answer is no, but it took a but of detective work

I don’t usually know what medication is for. Sometimes I can guess - I recognise many chemo drugs by name, for example - but in this case I have no idea

Not penicillin. I have absolutely no idea what it could be for, as it’s just described as “mould”

Had a bit of a think about this. ‘mould’ was once a generic term for topsoil - I wonder if the person is doing broad spectrum microbiota therapy. Like, rebuild your biome with topsoil to cure allergies, intolerances etc. like using hookworms to treat gluten allergy.
