    I honestly thought Boost was a Telstra subsidiary the way Jetstar is to Qantas. I say this as someone who has been a Boost customer for a year. I get Telstra notifications and SMS messages about my service.

      I did, too. The article says they just had “operational control” over boost, though. Amaysim is like the optus version of boost, and I think has been owned by optus since COVID times

      it was in almost all but name. Telstra provided almost ALL components of it but the marketing.

    someone will see this and wonder…

    this deal is just the aussie company. the american bit of it that still uses the same name was sold-off years ago (and is currently owned by echostar)

      Didn’t know there was an American bit. Oh well. It clearly says “Australian Tech” at the very top - not much to be done if people don’t read that
