I tried a so called cooling memory foam pillow for six months. And while it wasn’t terrible it just simply doesn’t mould to your head and neck in the same way as a duck down pillow, so I’ve acquiesced and bought a good duck down pillow with 80% down 20% feather core.
Was it cheap? Hell no but I’m looking forward to improved and more consistent sleep.
