I’m in the process of trying to change jobs in the public sector, and easily 8/10 result in some sort of psychometric testing or one-way video interview with absolutely no human interaction. I’ve heard from friends in the private sector it’s all very much the same as well, lots of video pitches and AI assessments through 3rd party agencies.
