    Tonight is bolog and going to try nagi’s garlic cheese pizza (if I can find the mozz, it’s in there somewhere!)

    Ooh change of plan instead it’s lamb moussaka. Garlic pizza stays though.

    Going to roast a pork loin and a bunch of veg!

    That reminds me, better get it out of the fridge, not sure it actually matters to bring stuff to room temp, 2° vs 18° when going into a 160° degree oven doesn’t seem like much.

      I always take it out and of any packaging just to take the chill off it 🤷‍♀️
