I might be biased but I think I can truthfully say this movie looks beautiful. The costumes, the sets and locations, the props, just everything has been designed and made by artists and expert artisans.
The casting and characters are perfection.
Story and dialogue is great too, even if it should have been two movies instead of three.
That line ‘Bless me, the legends are true! giants! STONE GIANTS!’ just tickles me. A dwarf being stunned that stone giants exist in their world while neither exists in mine.
