Battered and fried flathead (it’s messy but I love making the batter and putting my fingers in it like a naughty kid) with hand cut chips
Stirfry Peking duck
Big baking sheet of roast veg mixed through with some French lentils (cooked in stock) and some feta on top.
Should get a lunch or two out of it too which is good because this week’s GF sourdough attempt was an unmitigated disaster
I’m hoping some red chile soup/sauce I made last week is still good
Some ghetto spaghetti that’s left over in the fridge!
I’m glad to see this is about food, Tucker Time means something else in the US 😅
