What’s for dinner tonight?
Homemade filet-o-fish burgers and chips.
Tonight is chicken tenders with a spiced honey dijon mustard mayo sauce in a baguette w/ lettuce, tomato and cheese.
And hawt sauce.
And hot english mustard.
The sauce turned out to be very good. Tempted to put that on a bunch of things now.
I’d be so into that!

Lamb and feta snags, mashed potato and sweet potato with steamed beans, cauliflower and broccoli.
Washed down with a dark and stormy with a big twist of lime!
I asked, “pizza or pasta?” Mr P wanted pasta, Elder minipeeler wanted pizza and Miniest wanted both (I love her). So homemade pizzas, one as a margarita and the other with pepperoni and pineapple, and pasta (casarecce) with a hidden veg bolognaise.
