    I’ve been given some weird mushrooms, one looks like cauliflower, think I’m make a soy and ginger broth and throw them in with some chicken and veg.

    Random leftovers! But I have some navy beans in the pressure cooker and I roasted some tomato and onion and garlic then blitzed it. Gonna combine them for tomorrows lunch (with crusty bread)
