This show is heavy. Each episode leaves you thinking why is he letting this happen to himself. But doing things you know are bad for yourself, day after day, maybe for years, is something that happens to people. And then the shame of the self destruction is intense, so it’s rare for people to talk about. I have never seen it depicted with such rawness. Baby reindeer nails it.
