    Oven just went ping. Biscuits are done.

    Might have one now while they’re hot, and the others can cool for the tin

      I want to own enough cookie trays that cooling between batches isn’t a thing. I also don’t want to own 38 baking trays…

        My limiting factor is not lack of trays, but lack of oven. It ain’t big

        You only need 4. 1 for each shelf. Take 2 out, put 2 trays in. While baking, transfer hot biscuits to wire cooling rack. Load up new trays. Endless biscuits

          Some of the bickies I do have prints and should be chilled. Put trays to 6. But yeah I exaggerate 😝
