    I can sort of relate. Fitness took a hit during lockdown then I got a shoulder injury and Achilles tendonitis. After a long period of six month rest I’ve been training again for 5 months. While things have improved, I’m a long long way from where I was, and it’s depressing.

      Yeah, I’ve got an old shoulder injury that flares too. It’s so hard to be back at square one (or worse)
