    Chicken schnitzel burger in the works for dinner. The anticipation is killing me.

    Update: I did not die. Burger has now been consumed. It was yummy.

      Oohh very nice!

      I love making chicken schnitzel sandwiches with lettuce and garlic sauce.

        There was no garlic involved with this one. Lettuce, onion, tomato, saurkraut and mayonnaise. With some cheese cooked onto the bun as a special touch.
