Seagoon’s movies. I watched Inception for the 3rd time ( I’ve also watched docos and interviews )
Why I love this movie and why I think it’s a great movie.
It’s original in many of it’s ideas. Originality delights the mind.
It’s intelligent. We have to think a bit, we have to pay attention.
The dialogue , acting and scenes are so good we readily suspend disbelief, we immerse ourselves in that world just as the characters immerse themselves in their dream worlds.
But more than that it’s a story of friendship and grief and guilt and love and all of the effects and all the seeming intricacies serve the story. Once we are finished watching we are left with understanding and emotion. This movie is about people.
