    Anyone else contemplating N95 masks and air purifiers ahead of this likely El Niño summer? Not sure whether they help much.

    Also good lord these antibiotics I’m on make my saliva taste bitter and metallic.

      Current word is it could be bad but because ground moisture levels are elevated it won’t likely be catastrophic like a few summers ago…

      The summer after though…

        Yea that’s my intuition too, not hot enough for long enough for dead material to dry out.

      I still have some respirators from the last bushfires. Good point about the air purifiers. Dunno where I’ll be this summer though otherwise I’d definitely consider getting one
