    “Make your own” chicken burgers using thigh fillets.

    Thin sliced cucumber, tomato, carrot, some lettuce and sliced avocado on a centre plate, plus a toasted bun with melted chees.

    The kids love constructing their own.

    Easy too, oven cooks the chicken, grill toasts the buns and cheese and you slice up the rest. 20min meal!
