The soup I made for diner was very yum. Small dices of onion, carrot, celery, zucchini and corn kernels, fry with generous amount of middle eastern spice mix, bottle of passatta, can of beans and stock. Cook until veg are perfect tenderness and consume with garlic bread. It’s the small dices that make it nice to eat.

This sounds really yummy. I love soup like this because you can freeze some and tomorrow’s tastes even better than today’s.
