    Breath. Slow and deep. And let it all fall apart. Everything thats wrong let it be wrong. Dont try hold things together, if you wanna break down you break down. Every time I do it Im terrified I’ll never pull myself back together again, but every time I manage to. And its never as bad as it actually seems.

    I described it as feeling like standing at the side of a road with lots of cars going rushing past, and you’ve tensed up cause you have to cross the road and you dont want to get it, but you’ve tensed to the point that the pressure is far worse than what getting hit but the car would actually feel like. course, that’s just my experience. Hope it helps a little!
