Uh oh so I have vertigo from the flight and feel like I’m constantly getting off an elevator.

I had it when I arrived in Indo for a few days and looked positively drunk for a bit there (not a good look).

I know there are things like Stemetil, betahistines etc.

I don’t want to go through that again :(

Does anyone have some suggestions for an alternative remedy?
