    It’s hard to get going, but you’ll be ok once you start. Also, you’ll regret it later if you fail.

      Thank you Nath. Surprisingly I’m not actually struggling with motivation in general. Its just that I have been playing a lot of tennis and I also want to complement that with some gym sessions. Problem is, I do too much and my body doesn’t seem to like it. I’m doing tennis like 5-6 days a week and adding gym to that might get a bit much so I need to cut down my tennis time a little bit. Anyway, today’s upper body day so it hopefully won’t be too bad!

      Might even do some footwork plyometric workout actually.
