A culinary travesty for dinner tonight. One pack of “Mexican” salad (mostly lettuce, with a dressing containing spices reminiscent of Old El Pasto taco seasoning) mixed with some of the chicken fajita filling I made a while ago that didn’t taste quite right. It worked surprisingly well.
