    Sooo a doordash driver either stole or forgot to deliver my drink and apparently doordash support is worse than basically anything else I’ve ever seen

    “Please allow me a moment to transfer you to the correct department”

    “Your chat had been disconnected. Thanks for using doordash! How do you rate this conversation?”

    Edit: after several escalations (9 transfers!) Old mate Kimberly told me I’ll receive a refund of $11.50 in 5-7 business days, even though nothing in my order was $11.50 and that’s certainly more than a bottle of coke, then said ““have a nice day”” (she quoted have a nice day) and disconnected
