The course also looks at issues like ventilation and air quality, condensation and mould, heating water and power use etc. Affordabilty and similar issues are also looked at, which is definitely an issue I need to consider.

That is a really good question - I would add that they should be included in laundries too. Also stopcocks to all sinks etc.
