minus-squareMeanElevatorlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up2·1 year agoFor cast iron yes. Stainless has very different properties and does not retain oil as much. In short… I don’t think you can season stainless. My last materials course was 20 years ago, so I might be incorrect.
It’s not really non-stick, but lasts forever.
Easy to clean too.
Use oil and take care of it.

For cast iron yes. Stainless has very different properties and does not retain oil as much.
In short… I don’t think you can season stainless.
