The cafe on the ground floor of 1010 Latrobe (the funny looking back and white building, you’ll know it) used to be this for me when I worked there. Caveat: this Intel is 10 years old. The building is full of government workers though, and they can’t afford pretentious prices. So, it’s probably still ok.
Next building up the hill (Melbourne Water, forget the address) was better, but I don’t remember eating breakfast there.
