    I was cruising for German recipes and I came across hackbraten (German meatloaf). This will pair nicely with my chocolate bavarian that’s been in my freezer for the past 3 weeks.

      More people should get around kaiserschmarrn.

      This recipe says it’s Austrian, but don’t tell that to my Bavarian friend who first introduced me to it/made it for me!

          It’s a 10/10 treat.

          Best bit is that it’s shredded, so when you inevitably fuck up flipping the thing, it doesn’t actually matter 🙌
